Help appreciated.

Old Summary table

To a user Aleenf1; the table's version that you put is old. I put the same table as all the olympic competitions (Summer Olympics, Military World Games, Afro-Asian Games, Jeux de la Francophonie, Pan Arab Games ...etc).
